The semi-open palletiser integrates an advanced safety system for safe coexistence between the robot and operators. It will automatically slow down if an operator enters in the safety zone and only stops as necessary, reducing unnecessary downtime.
The cell doesn’t require permanent attachment to the floor and can be moved. With Robot Config, it takes less than 10 minutes to design and load a new pallet pattern; no advanced programming skills required.

The RC10 is a standardised collaborative robot often shortened to cobot. It performs continuous palletising of standard sized cartons allowing the operator to remove the completed pallet without stopping the cobot’s operation. The smart design allows for a quick set up minimising downtime and disruption to the production flow.
Following ISO standard TS 15066 for robots, the RC10 is intended to work alongside personnel without the need for a fence or cage surrounding it. If an operator comes into contact with the cobot, it will automatically stop to reduce the risk of injury.
The compact design offers significant reduction in footprint compared to industrial robot solutions. It’s mobile and easy to relocate to a second or third line. A user-friendly tablet application ensures simple pallet layer configuration without the need for complicated robot programming.
